The new management has a passion for history and quality; both in experience and service. The food is wonderful. The bread is fresh baked in house. We were truly blessed by our experience. Although we didn’t stay in the in this time, they took the time to give us a tour and we will definitely be here to stay in the future. As both a Constitutional attorney and a teacher of the Revolutionary era, I was truly impressed by the experience. Visit for Christmas- the ambiance is warm and inviting.

This review is for the restaurant/grill Financier Grill within the Robert Morris Inn. We stopped in for lunch while in the area and pleasantly surprised with lunch here. Nice outside seating area. Had a very good lobster roll and greek salad and excellent efficient, friendly attention by Karina. Would certainly stop in here again when in the area.

Went for the first time for my sons 24th birthday. Pros: Love the look. Inside and out. Great atmosphere. Fireplace going. The food was great.. we had salmon, shrimp Alfredo, steak, and cheeseburger all was excellent. Fries were great too. Homemade rolls were good. Bacon sausage puree was good too. The baguette that came with puree was great. The apple caramel bread pudding was great. Cons but by no means bad. Salad greens were a little bitter. Felt the steak dinner should of had a different potato option than fries. Finally felt the bread basket should of came with the meal vs. add on. I was a great night and the food was great. The atmosphere was great. We would definitely go again.

This is a really cool old hotel in Oxford, Maryland that is a must see. The restaurant has really good food and nice views. It is rumored that there are ghosts in the hotel, which may be true because of the cool history that it brings.

Upping my review to 5 stars - the experience I had at the Inn’s restaurant was excellent! Great service and amazing food. Presentation and ambiance also contribute to the experience and make it feel authentic. Would definitely return in the future. Hope to one day experience the Inn as a guest in one of the rooms! Photo is of the crab spring roll with avocado and grapefruit.

We did not stay at the inn but we ate there. Mrs Claus said it was the best Crab cake Sandwich she has ever eaten (and she was born and raised on the Jersey Shore). We both absolutely loved the crab soup. We are crab soup at 5 different locations on this trip. The soup at the Inn hands down was the best. Great atmosphere and with tons of history. Santa and Mrs Claus give it 4 up!!!

This review is for dinner at the Inn's Tavern restaurant. We are staying in Easton but wanted a special location for our anniversary dinner, so we made an online reservation and drove down to Oxford for dinner at the Inn. The drive was lovely, and Oxford is a quaint, charming little town. Our dinner was a 5 star experience. We ordered a drink and a glass of wine, and we shared the Eastern Shore crab appetizer, which is lump crab wrapped in paper thin cucumber slices. The delicate presentation is gorgeous and it is very tasty. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. I had the shrimp curry, which was outstanding. I almost licked the plate to get the last bit of the sauce. Our server was pleasant and the food came out promptly. We shared a piece of Smith Island cake for dessert, and then we walked down to the water to take in the sunset. I could not have been happier with the restaurant choice. There are lots of restaurants in Easton, but the Inn is a historic gem and the food was so good.

My friends and I had an incredibly delicious dinner here! Everything we ordered was a delight--for apps, the crispy ginger oysters and beef empanadas were *perfectly* fried and full of flavor. There was a tuna special that my bf enjoyed but the true star of the meal was the crabcakes. We're spoiled with good crab out here on the eastern shore but these were the best cakes I've had--so full of fresh lump crabmeat, they could just barely hold together and melted in your mouth (the orzo salad they're served on was also stellar). We can't wait to go back and try more dishes--kudos to the new owner and his team!
